We’ll speak about what’s going on in your life currently, your goals, how you want to grow, and how your body is currently feeling. Based on my findings, I will develop an intentional meditation (typically 20-25 minutes). We’ll have time to discuss what came up for you. Can be in-person if you're in the Tulsa area. Otherwise, it will be virtual. You’ll receive a recording of the live session. You can purchase a professional recording as well.

Astrological Meditation OR Inner Child Visualization
Astrological Meditation - We'll take a look at your birth chart and the current astrological transits to develop an aligned meditation. We’ll discuss what themes may be coming up in your life, and what practices may help you during this time. Inner Child Visualization - During this guided visualization, you will meet your inner child in a safe environment. This process can be deeply revealing, and is often a highly emotional journey. If you feel disconnected to your inner child, are not able to recognize her voice, and/or want your inner child to thrive, this is an incredibly potent experience. Can be in-person if you are in the Tulsa area. Otherwise, the session will be virtual.

Custom Subliminal Recording - Introductory Offer!
Subliminal recordings are affirmations recorded at frequencies our conscious mind doesn't hear, but our subconscious still picks up. Recordings are set to soothing meditation music, so you can listen to them on your own as you go through your day. We'll meet for a consultation to speak about your goals, and the subliminal will align with those intentions.
