Deep emotional work and I are no strangers.
My own journey of slowing down, asking the hard questions, reconnecting with myself, and learning how to move through life more intentionally brought me to meditation, visualization, and energetic practices.
I know what it feels like to live in survival mode, constantly checking for danger in everything and everyone, feeling disconnected from yourself, and lost in your present circumstances.
My intention is to help you to soften, feel safe within your own body, and reconnect to your authentic self so you can begin creating a life that feels truly your own.
The medicine is already within all of us. Sometimes, we simply need support finding our way back to it.

Meditation isn't about silencing every thought in your head.
At its core, meditation is simply the practice of slowing down, becoming present, and reconnecting with yourself.
Research has shown that meditation supports emotional regulation, nervous system health, mind-body connection, and overall wellbeing. Beyond that, it helps you feel more grounded and connected in your everyday life.
Guided meditations can be especially supportive if you're new to meditation or if you struggle to meditate on your own.
Similar to taking a yoga class, guided meditations offer gentle direction, grounding prompts, visualization, breath work, and emotional support that help you settle more deeply into the experience.
Meditation doesn't require perfection, experience, or a specific lifestyle. You don't need to be "good" at it. You simply need a willingness to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
With Kara, every meditation experience is created thoughtfully. From the music selection, pacing, and prompts, you receive a highly customized experience.
Visualization is a mindfulness practice that uses imagination, mental imagery, and embodied emotion to help you connect more deeply with your goals, move through limiting beliefs and past experiences in a safe environment, and take intentional steps toward creating the life you want.
During a visualization, you're gently guided through calming scenes, emotions, and experiences designed to support self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
From sports psychology to neuroscience to high-performing leaders, visualization has long been used as a powerful tool for focus, confidence building, emotional regulation, and personal transformation.
Subliminal recordings are guided audio experiences that layer spoken affirmations beneath music, ambient sound, or frequencies at a level that is not consciously perceivable. They're designed to support creating positive thought patterns, increasing personal trust and a sense of internal security, and subconscious personal growth by gently reinforcing affirmations over time.
Many limiting beliefs are formed through repetition, conditioning, and lived experiences. While traditional affirmations can be powerful, some people find it difficult to connect with statements they don't fully believe yet. Subliminals offer a more passive approach from the inside out by allowing affirmations to be received subconsciously in a relaxed state during meditation, rest, sleep, or daily routines.
You may benefit from inner child work if you struggle to feel emotionally safe, are highly reactive without understanding why, constantly put others' needs before your own, have difficulty expressing yourself authentically, or feel disconnected from joy, creativity, playfulness, or self-trust.
Over time, we may learn to suppress emotions, ignore our needs, stay hyper-independent, people please, or disconnect from parts of ourselves in order to feel accepted or safe. This can play out in relationships, at the workplace, or even with how we speak to ourselves.
Inner child work is a gentle practice of reconnecting with those parts of yourself through compassion, awareness, emotional support, and self understanding. It isn't about blaming yourself or your past - it's about creating a safe, more integrated relationship with yourself in the present.
Whether looking at your birth chart or at the current planetary transits, astrology can give insight into the emotional themes, challenges, and growth edges you may be facing. Astrology acts as a reflective tool, helping bring awareness to patterns, emotions, relationships, and internal shifts that may otherwise feel difficult to name.
These sessions use astrology as a supportive framework to guide meditation, reflection, and embodiment practices that align with your current emotional landscape. By understanding where you are energetically, we can create more intentional practices that honor your present stage of growth and self-discovery.

Did you know that when you hear a heartbeat, whether on television, in music, or from a person near you, your own heartbeat will eventually match the rhythm?
Sounds, crystals, and our bodies all carry unique frequencies. When our bodies are in proximity to other frequencies, they naturally shift to match. That's why the music selected during meditation, sound baths, and crystals can enhance your meditation experience.
