Sow Becoming was created as a space for intentional growth, emotional healing, and deeper self-connection through grounded, embodied practices. Through meditation, visualization, mindfulness, and reflective practices, my hope is to create experience that help people reconnect with themselves gently and authentically.

My journey into mindfulness, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and personal growth began through my own experiences navigating trauma, stress, emotional healing, self-discovery, and the desire to feel more connected to myself and my life. Over time, I became deeply interested in practices that support emotional safety, self-awareness, neuroplasticity, and authentic self-expression.

My work is informed by ongoing study and personal experience in areas such as mindfulness, yoga, somatic and energetic practices, polyvagal theory, visualization, meditation, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness.

More than anything, I hope Sow Becoming feels like a grounded, supportive space where people can slow down, reconnect, and grow with greater compassion, intention, and self-trust.
